Mentors are expected to commit to six months of mentoring, with approximately 1-2 hours per fortnight spent connecting with their mentee. These meetings can be flexible and scheduled based on mutual availability.
Additionally, mentors participate in:
- A half-day training session before beginning
- Check-ins every eight weeks for ongoing guidance
If you can commit to this timeframe and are passionate about making a difference, apply today.
We take a personalised approach to matching mentors and jobseekers. Matches are made based on:
- Shared interests and career goals
- Industry experience and skills
- The mentee’s specific employment challenges
Our team carefully reviews applications to ensure that both mentor and mentee benefit from the relationship.
Mentoring can be in-person, virtual, or a mix of both , depending on your availability and the mentee’s needs. Many mentors choose video calls or phone check-ins , while others prefer face-to-face meetings in a public setting.
The flexibility of the program allows you to provide valuable guidance in a way that suits your schedule.
