You recognise that a mistake, a bad decision or a background of deprivation should not define a woman for the rest of her life.
That the woman experiencing discrimination in employment because of a bad decision could be your mother, your sister or your daughter.
You are signalling your commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion and are challenging prejudice in the community.
You have conducted your normal recruitment practices and found the candidate most suitable in terms of skills and experiences may have a criminal record but this is not a reason to eliminate her from the recruitment process.
You have a new employee who has been guided and professionally supported prior to applying for the job and who continues to be supported through the Success Works program for her first six months of employment.

Fee Structure
Success Works charges a fee to place job-ready candidates with your organisation. Your fee helps us to help another women into work, keeping them out of prison and keeping families together. Our fees are based on the size of your organisation and small organisations of 1-20 employees are completely fee free! We also offer various training packages for HR Professionals.
