Yvette Evans-Streeter has over two decades of senior leadership experience in the Not-For-Profit sector. She has worked across Child Protection, Drug and Alcohol, Domestic and Family Violence, Youth Homelessness, Mental Health and Relationship services. Yvette is an expert in governance, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of building strong partnerships across government, philanthropy, and community sectors. Her achievements include winning the Squiggle Award for Human-Centred Design through the Social Impact Hub. With qualifications in Management and Community Services, Yvette is a strategic thinker and leader who thrives in complex, mission-driven environments. She is passionate about social justice, empowering women, and creating inclusive systems that elevate voices, build capacity, and deliver lasting impact.
Gemma Kollios
Mentor Program & Candidate Operations Manager
Gemma has valuable experience in system management, customer service, and operation management, with a proven track record of formulating successful systems and processes. In her role, she oversees the mentoring program, matches mentors with mentees, and provides ongoing support to ensure a successful mentoring experience. She is responsible for providing high-level operational support to candidates on their journey to employment and further training, as well as to mentors participating in the SWP Mentor Program. Gemma is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of women who have been affected by the criminal justice system.
Lois Dillon
Social Enterprise
Manager
Lois has 12 years of experience in community services, the justice system, and the social enterprise sector. After running programs in prisons and then moving to post-release support, she has a proven track in creating and building a social enterprise that supports people leaving prison through training and employment. The award-winning social enterprise was supported by numerous corporations and funders and created both environmental and social impacts. Lois brings her passion for supporting people leaving prison and her expertise to the Success Works team to create and implement a social enterprise to break the barriers of employment.
Natascha Consigli
Employment & Training Program Coordinator
Natascha has a diverse professional background encompassing management and customer service, and she also holds a Diploma of Counselling, which she completed while on bail awaiting sentencing. Through her own experiences, Natascha recognises the significance of providing a non-judgmental, safe space and empowering individuals to be the experts of their own lives. Her lived experience brings understanding and empathy, enabling her to offer effective support and advocacy for others in similar situations. Natascha’s role involves devising and implementing employer engagement strategies to ensure the program successfully matches all qualified candidates with suitable employment and training opportunities.
Nirjala Pandey
Candidate Support & Employment Administrator
With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal and Community Justice and a foundation in the community sector, Nirjala brings both expertise and empathy to her role as Candidate Support and Employment Administrator at Success Works. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to social justice and supporting women as they rebuild confidence and pathways to employment. Prior to joining Success Works, she held various community-focused roles, including as an Employment Consultant for people facing complex barriers to work. These experiences shaped her passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces where women feel heard, respected, and empowered.
At Success Works, Nirjala supports candidates from their first contact through to post-program follow-up, ensuring no one feels alone in their journey. She is proud to be part of a team that places dignity and possibility at the centre of its work.
