What Do Our Test & Tag Services Include?
Portable appliance test & tag
Rigorous visual inspections and electrical safety testing for all plug-in equipment, from office laptops and monitors to kitchen appliances and industrial power tools. Each item is fitted with digital vinyl tags that withstand heat, moisture, and abrasion and clearly display the test status and your next scheduled retest date.
RCD (Safety Switch) Testing
We perform trip time testing, which uses specialised equipment to measure exactly how many milliseconds it takes for your safety switch to cut power during a fault. This is to check if your switches respond fast enough to prevent lethal electric shocks. We test both fixed RCDs in your main switchboard and portable RCDs used onsite.
Compliance Reporting
Receive a digital report immediately following our visit, cataloguing every item tested, its location, and its test results (Pass/Fail). This documentation is essential for Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) audits, insurance renewals, and ISO compliance to prove that you have met your duty of care under Australian safety laws.
